MANAGERS

Ross Hardin | Managing Partner

Ross is the Co-Founder and Co-Managing Partner of Eagle Road alongside Siegfried Letsch. In this capacity, he is responsible for leading the firm’s capital transactions, portfolio management, and strategic initiatives. Ross currently serves on the Board of Directors/Advisors for the firm’s investment in Genuity Technology Group (“GTG”), Rentgrata, and Laborjack.

Prior to forming Eagle Road, Ross was the CFO for Nebula Voice, which he successfully merged with Genuity Networks to create GTG. Earlier, he served as Vice President of Capital Transactions for Alden Torch Financial, where he was responsible for acquiring and/or disposing more than 25,000 multifamily units representing over $2.2 billion of real estate value. Ross earned a M.S. in Real Estate from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver and a B.S.B.A. in Corporate Finance/Investment Analysis from Colorado State University (both with honors).

Siegfried Letsch | Managing Partner

Siegfried co-founded Eagle Road, and co-heads the firm alongside Ross. Prior to co-founding Eagle Road, Mr. Letsch served in the Global Energy Group, Investment Banking Division, at Oppenheimer & Co. While at Oppenheimer, Mr. Letsch’s focus centered around raising equity and debt capital for public and private energy and industrial companies, as well as advising on M&A, restructuring, and other strategic matters. Prior to joining Oppenheimer, he served in various roles with HCP Pacific Asset Management and Kelmar Associates.

Mr. Letsch holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance and Accounting, and Liberal Studies with a concentration in Global Perspectives, from Bentley University.

Brian Romansik | Senior Vice President

Brian joined Eagle Road as SVP of Operations and also serves as CFO to the firm’s investment in Genuity Technology Group, LLC. Prior to joining Eagle Road, Brian served on the FX/OTC Derivative team at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. (BBH), a global Investment Bank, strategizing directly with the Treasury, FX Risk and Relationship Management teams to oversee margin allocation, portfolio liquidity and manage counterparty risk. During his time at BBH, Brian lived in Kraków, Poland where he led globalization efforts to develop mirrored business units for European clients.

Mr. Romansik holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with focuses in Management and Financial Analysis from Colorado State University.

Sami M. Ragab, ESQ. | General Counsel

With over a decade in the private equity industry, Sami brings both his legal expertise and entrepreneurial acumen to Eagle Road. He started his first business at the age of 22, ultimately reaching a partial acquisition with a premier investment bank. Since that time, he’s worked with many startups, one of which was holding the positions of COO and General Counsel at Gazbeya, an international marketing agency. Currently, Sami is the Founder and Managing Partner of Ragab Law Firm, P.C. where he has secured more than $50MM for his clients. He received both his J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Denver. Sami also received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Colorado at Denver.

Daniel O’Dea | Executive Advisor

Dan is the Executive Advisor to Eagle Road Partners and serves as the foremost resource to the firm’s leaders. He is the founding partner and President of Delphi Affordable Housing Group, where he has overseen/consulted on the development of 50+ multifamily properties consisting of more than 8,500 apartment units. Dan possesses 40+ years of experience in taxation, law, real estate, accounting, and financial analysis disciplines.

Prior to the founding of Delphi in 1997, Dan served as President at Intrust of Texas, where he was involved in providing technical assistance, financial structuring, and underwriting of 20+ Low Income Housing Tax Credit (“LIHTC”) projects and as Tax Specialist at Coopers and Lybrand, Tax Attorney at Hershey Food, and Corporate Tax Director at Rite Aid Corporation. Dan graduated earned a B.S. (Accounting) and J.D. from Villanova University.

Roger Eustance | Advisor (Energy)

Roger is an Energy Advisor to Eagle Road and its energy-focused affiliates. He brings more than 30 years of cumulative experience within the oil and gas industry, which includes engineering, acquiring, financing, and providing A&D services. Prior to his advisement, Roger served as the Executive Director of Acquisitions and Divestitures at Oppenheimer and Company.

Previously, he held the positions of Managing Director and Principal at New Stream Capital, where he led the establishment and growth of its E&P origination platform. Roger holds an M.B.A. from the University of Houston and a BSc in Geological Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.

Bradley Gilligan | Advisor (Logistics)

Brad is a Logistics Advisor to Eagle Road and the Vice President of Carrier Strategy for Coyote Logistics. Prior to his current positions, he was Director of Supply Chain Strategy and Manager of Supply Chain Strategy for Coyote. Previously, Brad was a Senior Procurement Analyst for Mattel and Strategic Sourcing Specialist at Hach Company and Crocs.

He earned a Master of Engineering degree in Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University.

Daniel Hill | Advisor (Real Estate)

Dan is a Real Estate Advisor to Eagle Road and Principal of Viridis Asset Management. Dan also serves as Chief Financial Officer of Viridis’ affiliated senior housing management company, Seasons Management. Dan’s earlier roles include Director of Red Capital Group, Vice President of Capital Health Group, Associate of Healthcare Real Estate and Securitizations Group for Credit Suisse, and Vice President of Finance at Sunwest Management.

During his career, Dan has provided over $1.15 billion in financing, acquired over 110 assets, and orchestrated over 12 resolutions of distressed situations. He also worked with the CDO and CMBS groups at Credit Suisse to achieve the first ever investment grade rating from all three agencies for an assisted living portfolio. He earned a B.S.B.A. from Trinity University and a M.B.A. from Portland State University.
